Winter Layering: Sleeveless Dress + Cropped Sweater

Last week we saw several days of gorgeous sunshine, and I started to get excited for spring weather and spring fashion. This dress is a recent purchase with spring in mind--I love the stripes, the work appropriate style, and the fact that it has pockets! However, being that recent temps have only been in the upper 30's to low 40's, I layered a cropped sweater underneath and added knee high suede boots to create a winter worthy outfit for work. For sizing, I found that this dress is cut smaller in the armholes and chest than usual, so I went up from my normal zero to a two for a perfect fit. Just something to keep in mind if you decide to try this style. Also, you probably can't tell in these photos unless you look closely, but I've been trying out some magnetic lashes in advance of our May wedding. It took a few tries to figure out how to line them up, but I'm getting the hang of putting them on and love that I don't have to deal with lash adhesive or losing my real lashes in the process! The set I'm trying out was $15.99 on Amazon at the time I purchased for two reusable sets (4 tops and 4 bottoms for a total of 8 pieces). Please read on for more photos, outfit links, and more of my picks for sleeveless dresses that can be layered now and worn on their own later.
